These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website www.cellorne.com. When placing an order, the customer is required to confirm that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time. By submitting the order form, the customer agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via www.cellorne.com. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Revised Terms and Conditions shall take effect on the date of publication on www.cellorne.com.
Cellorne exclusively sells to consumers. Orders suspected of being placed for business or professional purposes may be refused.

Offers, Availability and Product Information
All products offered on www.cellorne.com are subject to availability. If a product is found to be out of stock, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. In such cases, the order may be cancelled free of charge.
Our perfumes are new, unused, and sealed. Colors and product images may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary per individual. Cellorne is not liable for allergic reactions or damage resulting from improper use of the product.
Prices
All prices on www.cellorne.com are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
Prices may be changed at any time; the price applicable at the moment of ordering shall prevail.
For orders outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, or customs charges may apply. These costs are fully borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for complying with local import regulations. All additional costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
Payments
Payments are made in euros via the payment methods available in our webshop, including (depending on availability):
• iDEAL
• Credit card: Visa, Mastercard
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
All payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. Payment must be made in advance unless a payment provider offers a “buy now, pay later” option.
Discount codes may be used when active; conditions will be specified per promotion.
Order Process
After placing an order, the customer will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. An order can be modified or cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Cellorne reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or other irregularities.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping area: Cellorne ships to all countries within Europe.
Estimated delivery times:
• The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Belgium & Luxembourg: 2–5 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–10 business days
These delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.
Delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery does not occur within 30 days, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement free of charge.
Cellorne works exclusively with PostNL, DHL, and other internationally recognized logistics providers.
Delays: Cellorne is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
• Damage or loss must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours.
• We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
• If the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged, the customer will receive a replacement product or a refund (at Cellorne’s discretion).
Exception: opened perfume bottles
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or unsealed perfume bottles cannot be returned.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with European consumer law. The full withdrawal and return policy, including exceptions for opened perfume bottles, can be found on our returns page.
Warranty
Cellorne provides the statutory warranty as required within the EU. No additional commercial warranty is offered.
In case of a defective product, we request photos for assessment. Cellorne may choose to provide a replacement product or a refund.
Statutory warranty means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations a consumer may have of it.
Liability
Cellorne is not liable for:
• allergic reactions to perfume
• indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit
• damage resulting from improper use of products
• failure to comply with local legislation outside the Netherlands
Our products comply with Dutch legislation. Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Accounts
Customers may voluntarily create an account. The customer is responsible for keeping their password confidential. Accounts can be deleted upon request in accordance with the GDPR.
Personal Data
Personal data is used solely for processing and delivering orders. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via email. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may use the European ODR platform.
Consumers may also use national dispute resolution bodies or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Intellectual Property
All texts, photos, designs, and branding on www.cellorne.com are the property of Cellorne. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this content without written permission.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
