What is the delivery time?

Within the Netherlands usually 2/3 business days after shipping. International delivery varies by country.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will automatically receive a track and trace link once your order has shipped. You can also track your order at any time through the Track My Order section on our website.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. There are no additional shipping costs for orders delivered within the Netherlands.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unused products can be returned within 14 days, according to our return policy. Perfumes may only be returned if the seal is still intact. Our black outer packaging, closed with a wax stamp, is considered the seal. If this seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer samples?

Not yet. We are working on making this available soon.

Are your perfumes unisex?

Yes, all fragrances are designed to be gender neutral.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. From formulation to blending, filling and packaging, every step is done in house and by hand.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If the delivery carrier arrives with a package that is visibly damaged, leaking, or opened on the outside, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the package and notice any damage afterwards, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will assist you further and look for a suitable solution.
